Old but very wise statement. Usually it applies when things are not going our way but good times will pass too.

*WHAT is your WHY?

This relates to your goals and dreams. A STRONG WHY makes you more likely to accomplish goals and dreams!

“WHO you BECOME is more IMPORTANT while pursuing your goals and dreams than the goals and dreams themselves!”

This is attributed to the late Jim Rohn, who was Tony Robbins mentor. Jim attributed it to Mr. Shoaf, whom he met at age 25.

For example Jim says that the million dollars is NEVER as important as who the millionaire becomes. If he/she becomes humble from the journey that is the more important outcome.
